Changes in Hanmer Group
St Mary Magdalene Church, Penley added to Hanmer Group of churches
Penley Church
From Monday 23rd January 2012 the Hanmer Group changed by the addition of Penley.
St Chad's Church Hanmer
St John the Baptist's Church Bettisfield
Holy Trinity Church Bronington
St Mary Magdalene's Church Penley
Revd Clive Hughes, of Hanmer Vicarage, was inducted by Bishop Gregory as Vicar of the new group at a 7pm service in Penley on Monday 23rd January 2012.
Details of changes in services brought about by this regrouping are still under negotiation.
We at St Chad's Church, Hanmer, welcome Penley neighbours as new members of our group and look forward to working with them.
Our first joint service will be a Holy Communion at Penley 10:30am Sunday 29th January 2012.
