Home Communions
Communion is provided monthly on home visits, for those who are prevented by age, disability or illness from attending services in church.
Most home communions visits are made on Thursdays and Fridays, at the end of the month, by members of three teams. Please let the clergy or wardens know if you would like Communion to be brought to you.
