Hawarden
A large and ancient parish in North East Wales, extending to the border with England and comprising six churches, each with its own distinctive architecture. The parish is designated a rectorial benefice and is a 'papal peculiar', the only remaining remnant of which is that the Rector can issue a marriage licence.
