Lay Training Officer
The Diocese of Llandaff is looking to appoint a
LAY TRAINING OFFICER
Who will work with parishes and colleagues to:
* Equip and assist lay people in developing skills for ministry
* Foster a shared commitment among clergy and lay people to ongoing training for ministry
* Model and develop collaborative working practices across the Diocese.
Essential - proven experience in:
* Design and delivery of adult training events
* Commitment to collaborative working
* Knowledge of the theory and practice of lay ministry in the Anglican Church
